Did You Know?
Red Rum had no less than 21 different Jockey's during his long career. Tommy Stack riding him most with 45 mounts and Brian Fletcher next with 27 occasions.

Red Rum never carried owner Noel Le Mare's first colours of Maroon, Yellow Diamond on body and cap in the Grand National. They were carried by Glenkiln in the 1973 and 1974 National with Red Rum wearing a yellow cap. Superstition would then never permit a change.
